SB 753 - This act allows county commissions that serve as trustees of funds for cemeteries to invest these funds in certificates of deposit. This act is similar to a provision of CCS#2/HCS/SCS/SB 754 (2010), SS/SCS/HCS#2/HB 1692, 1209, 1405, 1499, 1535, & 1811 (2010), and HCS/HB 2388 (2010). EMILY KALMER
