SB 795 - This act exempts individuals who use explosive materials to unblock clogged screens of agricultural irrigation wells from having to obtain a blaster's license. This act is similar to HB 1455 (2010). EMILY KALMER SCA 1 - LIMITS THE BLASTING LICENSE EXEMPTION FOR PERSONS CLEANING WELLS SO THAT THE EXEMPTION ONLY APPLIES WHEN THE WELLS ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE SOUTHEAST MISSOURI REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT. |
