SB 361 - This act allows the Dental Board to grant limited licenses to retired dentists. Individuals seeking limited licenses are required to pay a fee, file an affidavit stating that they have been licensed for at least ten years, are retired, and that their license was in good standing at retirement, and meet examination and certificate of practice requirements. Dentists with limited licenses are not required to complete more than five hours of continuing education annually. Dentists with limited licenses may only provide primary and preventative care without compensation to family members and at certain facilities. EMILY KALMER
