SB 567 - This act allows the Board of Police Commissioners to determine the number and ranks of police officers necessary for St. Louis City. Any increase in the number of officers appointed shall no longer require approval from the municipal board of estimate and apportionment. This act is similar to HB 974 (2009) and a provision of SS/HCS/HB 481 (2009). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
