SB 535 - A person shall be guilty of breaching airport security when he or she: (1) Unlawfully enters airport property that is not open to the public; (2) Knowingly or recklessly enters an area within the airport's buildings that is not open to the public; or (3) Knowingly or recklessly enters an area of an airport without the prior authorization required by airport or transportation security administration personnel to enter such area.
