HCS/HBs 568 & 534 - The act requires voter registration forms to be made available to all persons who apply for a resident hunting or fishing permit from the Department of Conservation (MDC). The Secretary of State's office shall make voter registration application forms available to MDC for distribution to its offices and local permit vendors. MDC offices and permit vendors may inform a person who applies for a permit via telephone that he or she may request a voter registration form be sent to him or her through the mail. The permit applicant is responsible for mailing the voter registration form to the election authority.

This act is similar to SCR 25 (2007).
