SB 648 - This act gives the Department of Corrections the authority to disburse federal funds under applicable federal guidelines, rather than simply receiving such funds. The act also give the Department the authority to receive and disburse other funds appropriated by the general assembly. This act is identical to HB 754 (2007). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
