SCS/SB 525 - This act modifies funeral director and embalmer licenses. The act adds crematory to the definition of funeral establishment. The act updates a reference to death certificates that were previously two-sided but are currently one-sided. This act is similar to SB 272 (2007). CHRIS HOGERTY
