HCS/SCS/SB 232 - This act designates a portion of Missouri Route 74/34 within Cape Girardeau County as the "John Oliver Jr. Parkway." The act also designates a portion of U.S. Highway 60 contained in Stoddard County as the "Sergeant Carl Dewayne Graham Jr. Memorial Highway".
