SB 133 - Under this act, the current law five business day disclosure requirement applicable to special education due process hearings will now be also applicable to expedited due process hearings (in which discipline of a special education student is at issue). This act will bring Missouri into compliance with the newly issued federal regulations implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). JIM ERTLE
