SB 332 - This act transfers the administration of the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund from the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to the Department of Public Safety. Any party to a decision of the department on a claim heard may file a petition for review with the Administrative Hearing Commission, rather than the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. The Department of Public Safety may receive gifts for the benefit of crime victims, which shall be credited to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund. SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
