SCS/SB 106 - Currently, the governing boards of the University of Missouri, Missouri State University, the University of Central Missouri, and Truman State University possess nonvoting student members. This act removes the nonvoting students members and replaces them with voting student members for the period between August 28, 2007 and August 28, 2011. Such voting student members shall be able to vote on matters, except for those involving personnel. This act is similar to HB 613 (2007) and SB 673 (2006). JIM ERTLE
