SCS/SB 226 - This act requires courts to forward alcohol- or drug-related driving offense dispositions to the Department of Revenue within seven days and requires the Department of Revenue to then forward the information to the Missouri State Highway Patrol within fifteen days. The proposal removes a conflict between Sections 302.225 and 577.051, RSMo, and reflects current practices. STEPHEN WITTE
