SJR 28 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved by voters, would require Missouri voters to provide a form of photo identification, as established by general law, in order to vote in an election. Those without an appropriate form of identification will be provided one at no cost and the state shall reimburse any political subdivision that incurs costs in providing appropriate identification.
