SB 633 - This act exempts annuities, pensions and retirement income provided as a result of service in the armed forces of the United States or a reserve component of the armed forces from income taxation. This act shall become effective January 1, 2008. This act is similar to Senate Bill 1089 (2006). JASON ZAMKUS
