SB 523 - This act modifies certain laws pertaining to the Board of Pharmacy. This act allows for a multi-year license for interns in lieu of an annual license. The act authorizes the board to issue and enforce cease and desist orders to quell unauthorized practices. The act allows the board to regulate veterinary drug outlets. CHRIS HOGERTY
