SB 498 - This act modifies reciprocity requirements for professional counselor licenses. The act requires out-of-state licensees to be 18 years of age, of good moral character, a U.S. citizen or lawfully present in the U.S. in order to be eligible for licensure in Missouri. CHRIS HOGERTY
