SB 61 - This act defines a "stun gun or taser" as any portable device or weapon from which an electric current, impulse, wave, or beam is produced that is capable of incapacitating temporarily, injuring, or killing a human being. This act requires a person to obtain a permit to acquire a stun gun or taser in the manner as required for a concealable firearm. SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
