SCS/SBs 255, 249 & 279 - This act reinstates the Federal overtime standards in place before the passage of Proposition B (2006) including exemptions for firefighters, commissioned employees, and flex-time rates. The act also creates a Joint Committee on Minimum Wage designed to study the effects of the passage of Proposition B (2006). This act contains an emergency clause. CHRIS HOGERTY
