SB 392 - This act requires salaries for state employees, excluding elected officials and certain other public officials, to be annually adjusted according to the most recent percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for Missouri's region as reported by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. This act is identical to SB 860 (2004), SB 11 (2005), and similar to SB 733 (2006). CHRIS HOGERTY
