SB 87 - Under current law, Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company policyholders elect new directors to fill board vacancies. This act requires the Governor to appoint, with the advice and consent of the Senate, new directors when a vacancy arises. This act is similar to SB 373 (2005), and SB 693 (2006). CHRIS HOGERTY
