HCS/HB 459 - This act adds county assessors to the list of county officials who must receive certified copies of the ordinances effecting a concurrent detachment and annexation of property between municipalities. It also requires county assessors to receive certified copies of annexation ordinances passed by cities, towns, and villages within such county. This act is identical to provisions of CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 22 (2007) & CCS/HCS/SB 30 (2007). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
