HB 941 – This act allows the curators of the University of Missouri to close the records of donors or potential donors that contain information provided to the institution by the individual including credit reports, banking information, personal financial documents and legal documents that are part of an estate plan. This act also applies to personal financial information that federal or Missouri taxing authorities are allowed or required to treat as confidential.
