SB 338 - This act provides that any provision of law, rule, regulation, or policy that requires a public official or employee to devote his or her full time to their office, or that prohibits such person from engaging in the practice of law outside of his or her official duties, shall not prohibit an official or employee who is licensed to practice law in this state from providing legal services to needy persons if such services are provided without compensation.

This act is identical to HB 315 (2007).
