SCS/SB 820 - This act increases the maximum amount of money that may be appropriated, transferred or credited to the Governmental Emergency Fund from $150,000 per year to $850,000 per year. The maximum amount shall be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index. JIM ERTLE
