SB 989 - If a candidate runs for a specific office and a committee receives contributions up to the limits prescribed for that office and the candidate subsequently runs for an office with lower limits, all committees must refund the contributions to the respective donors so as not to exceed the limits set forth for the office for which the candidate ultimately runs.
