SB 963 - Under this act, if a city, town, or village receives more than 45% of its total annual revenue from traffic fines for violations occurring on state highways, city roads, village roads, county roads or any highway as that term is defined in Section 302.010, RSMo, the additional revenues above the 45% threshold will be sent to the Department of Revenue to be distributed to the schools within the county.
