SB 758 - This act prohibits trucks (equipped with more than 6 wheels) from being driven in the far left-hand lane on interstate highways, freeways or expressways in this state. This prohibition shall not apply in certain circumstances. This provision is similar to one contained in SB 221 (2005) HB 327 et al (2003) and SB 384 (2003)(Section 304.015). STEPHEN WITTE
