SB 945 - This act prohibits members of the General Assembly from accepting gifts from lobbyists. The prohibition may be satisfied by reimbursing the lobbyist for the gift within 30 days of obtaining actual knowledge that reimbursement is required. This act is similar to SB 371 (2005). JIM ERTLE
