SB 890 - This act requires any sexual offender to be electronically monitored for a period of ten years if he or she is found guilty or pleads guilty to the crime of failing to register for a third time. Any fourth or subsequent violation will result in an additional ten-year period of electronic monitoring. SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
