SB 889 - Under this act, volunteer licensed health care providers from adjoining states may be deployed to provide health care necessitated by an emergency. Deployed volunteers will not be liable for civil damages for acts or omissions other than damages occasioned by willful or wanton acts or omissions. CHRIS HOGERTY
