SB 1102 - This act allows Jefferson County to adopt ordinances regarding the relocation of utility facilities within the right-of-ways of streets, highways, or roads under its jurisdiction. Currently, Jefferson County may adopt orders with penal provisions consistent with state law in the areas of traffic violations, solid waste management, and animal control. Under this act, the county would be able to adopt such orders in any area covered by the county's ordinances. SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
