SCS/SB 803 - This act permits the Missouri Gaming Commission to request the Highway Patrol to investigate or participate in such matters as it deems necessary in order to oversee licensed excursion gambling activities and personnel. The Highway Patrol is granted authority to investigate and report suspected criminal activity relative to the Missouri Gaming Commission's operation and administration of licensed excursion gambling.
