SB 796 - This act modifies the eligibility determinations for medical assistance for families recipients to provide that the Family Support Division shall disregard two-thirds of earned income when determining eligibility. There shall not be a time limit placed on the use of the disregard and it shall be applied on all income eligibility tests except gross income. ADRIANE CROUSE
