SB 792 - This act requires health insurers to cover routine patient care costs incurred as a result of phase I and phase II clinical trials for cancer treatment. Current law requires coverage only for phase III and IV of these trials. This act is identical to SCS/SB 365 (2005). ADRIANE CROUSE
