SB 784 - This act expands the actions that constitute a peace disturbance. Under this act, a person commits the crime of peace disturbance if he or she unreasonably or knowingly disturbs or alarms another person by permitting the continued barking of a dog under his ownership or control. Peace disturbance is a Class B misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class A misdemeanor for the second or other subsequent offense. This act is identical to SB 319 (2003). SUSAN HENDERSON MOORE
