SB 1220 - This act provides that the Department of Health and Senior Services shall promulgate rules to establish a schedule of fees to be paid by the applicant for the architectural plan review of new construction and alterations to health facilities under Chapters 197 and 198, RSMo. The Department shall have the authority to waive or reduce the plan review fees. All fees provided for in this act shall be collected by the Department and deposited in the Missouri Public Health Services Fund. ADRIANE CROUSE
