SB 1200 - This act transfers the collection of surplus lines tax from the Department of Insurance to the Department of Revenue. The Department of Revenue is required to notify the Department of Insurance of the sums collected from each surplus lines insurer for the Department of Insurance's certification. JASON ZAMKUS
