SB 1194 - This act requires the county collector of Jackson county to stay the sale of any property for delinquent ad valorum taxes, provided that the principal amount of all ad valorum taxes is paid prior to the date of the proposed sale. If the owner of the property moves the court for restoration of the property, the owner must pay all ad valorum taxes due including penalties, interest, attorney fees, and court costs. JASON ZAMKUS
