SB 1190 - Current law allows certain colleges and universities located in St. Louis to sponsor charter schools located in both St. Louis and Kansas City. This act would allow certain colleges and universities located in St. Louis to sponsor charter schools that are located in St. Louis, not in Kansas City. DONALD THALHUBER
