SB 1176 - This act requires the Department of Revenue to issue motor vehicle owners a pamphlet summarizing any new motor vehicle laws passed by the Missouri General Assembly within the last two years whenever the motor vehicle owner applies for or renews his or her registration. The pamphlets distributed by the Department of Revenue or fee offices shall be written and prepared by the Division of Highway Safety within the Department of Transportation. The Department of Revenue shall also summarize any new motor vehicle laws passed by the General Assembly on the department's web site.
