SCS/SB 617 - This act requires the Department of Mental Health to notify the senate and house appropriations committees in writing of the reasons for downsizing a state-funded mental health facility. The department is also required to submit a cost-benefit analysis study prior to the closing of a state-funded mental health facility. This act is similar to SB 208 (2005). ADRIANE CROUSE
