SB 1133 - The act requires the state of Missouri to pay all the legally required fees for applicants for non-driver's licenses for the purposes of voter identification. Persons residing in convalescent, nursing, and boarding homes shall be issued a non-driver's license through a mobile processing system operated by the department of revenue at no cost. The act contains an emergency clause. The provision is similar to a provision contained in SB 1014 and 730 (2006). STEPHEN WITTE
