SB 1131 - Under current law, all medical testing results and personal information obtained from any individual shall be held confidential with certain exceptions. This act provides that no consent shall be required for the Department of Health and Senior Services to disclose such testing results and information to a health care provider providing treatment to the individual, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary.
