SB 739 - Under current law, one half of the purchase price for diesel fuel used for exclusively agricultural and other farm purposes is exempted from sales tax. This act exempts the entire purchase price for diesel fuel used for exclusively agricultural and other farm purposes. JASON ZAMKUS
