AN ACT
To amend chapter 492, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to depositions of state crime laboratory employees.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 492, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 492.292, to read as follows:
492.292. Any deposition taken of an employee of a crime laboratory located within the state, where the subject matter of the deposition concerns the official duties of the employee, shall be taken in the county where the employee is employed by the laboratory.
