AN ACT
To amend chapter 268, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to animal identification.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 268, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 268.063, to read as follows:
268.063. Any information related to animal identification including but not limited to brands, vaccination registrations, electronic identification mechanisms, and voluntary premises registration, shall be confidential information, to be shared with no one except state and federal veterinarians.
