AN ACT
To amend chapter 190, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to automated external defibrillators.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 190, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 190.096, to read as follows:
190.096. Every health club shall have at least one automated external defibrillator on the premises. The defibrillator will at all times be deployed in a manner consistent with the requirements prescribed under section 190.092, and in a manner which best provides accessibility to staff, members, and guests. At least one employee per shift must be properly trained in accordance with section 190.092, and must be on duty during hours of operation.
