AN ACT
To repeal section 208.574, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the expiration of the Missouri senior Rx program, with an expiration date.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Section 208.574, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 208.574, to read as follows:
208.574. The provisions of sections 208.550 to 208.571 shall [be reauthorized every four years] expire on December 31, 2006, and thereafter may be reauthorized each year by concurrent resolution.
