AN ACT
To amend chapter 160, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to teaching sex education in public schools.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 160, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 160.068, to read as follows:
160.068. 1. No public elementary or secondary education institution in this state shall allow any provider of abortion services to provide sex education to its students.
2. As used in this section, the term "abortion services" shall include the performing, inducing, or assisting with abortions as defined in section 188.015, RSMo, or encouraging patients to have abortions, or referring patients for abortions not necessary to save the life of the mother, or development of drugs, chemicals, or devices intended to be used to induce an abortion.
